Boathouse Allergen Policy
If you suffer from an allergy, intolerance or Coeliac disease, please inform your server who will direct you to the allergen’s menu, so that you can make an informed choice.
As required by the law, we provide the full information on 14 listed allergens. The matrix tables below shows when the allergens are intentionally added to the food.
We have a strict cross-contamination controls in our kitchen, and the robust allergens controls policy in place.
Our kitchens and bars are busy places, using shared equipment to prepare, store, and handle multiple allergens. Allergens like milk, soya, eggs, cereals containing gluten, mustard, celery, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and SO2 are also present in the supplier chain. Therefore, despite the best practices, the chance of the cross-contamination remains, and we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens.
